Great place for senior living. My grandma has been living there for over 5 years now. Quiet and safe place (gated, 1 entrance only) that's near Methodist and Kaiser hospital in case the old folks need to go. The office and neighbors are friendly and the manager is very nice. Only complain is that the apartments near the Power Inn Rd suffer from loud noises at night (loud car engines and people).

Must be 55 years of age. The rent varies from 1 to 2 bedrooms at affordable housing rates. These are not low income units.
