I keep calling and telling these people to stop sending mail to my house for Jason Koogler. The lady told me to put return to sender in it so it can be sent back. I am not about to go through all those changes, that is an inconvenience to me. Obviously that man doesn't want to be bothered because he hasn't responded because he's not getting what you all are sending. STOP SENDING HIS MAIL TO MY DAMN HOUSE and that's it. You are inconveniencing me and WASTING postage while you're at it!!!

Literally the worst apartment homes ever with the worst service with office staffs. They never get anything done and all they care is their paperwork for their jobs and not the people in the apartments. Not to mention very rude staffs.
