My son (3 years old) was able to unlatch his seatbelt during a ride. These rides are for small kids, and seatbealts should be child proof. Also, nobody but me noticed. Parents are forced to pay tickets to ride with kids in some rides, and in others they are not allowed to ride, but the rides are not safe to let small kids ride alone (even when they claim they are). One of the "solutions" offered by management was "We will tell kids to keep seatbelts on..." as if that works with toddlers. Also, you have to sign a liability waiver before paying your ticket. But this is negligence by the park. Terrible experience, not coming back.

My wife and I took our 3 grand kids here about 5 yrs ago cost 10 each for a all rides stamp they had fun they loved it so wanting something to do this weekend we took 1 grand child and it cost more than when we took all 3. On the website it still says $10 but the gentleman at the window told my wife that it doesn't say 10 on the website znd never has. To us he was calling my wife a lier when we spoke to a manager he was very polite and friendly and had great customer service but my complaint is the gentleman at the window and after showing the mng the website still didn't offer to make it up or refund the difference just an apology

My daughter is 10 yrs old and she was not able to ride any rides. I say 8 yrs and under
They have a wristband option for around $18 each (unlimited rides). 20 tickets are around $22. Rides are 3-5 tickets each.
$1.25 per ticket. Book of 20 for $22.50 all day pass $18.50
There is no entrance fee, you buy passes to go up to the attractions
I would suggest going in person and applying and asking any questions you may have cuz no one is going to respond to you on here regarding a job.
Anyone can go to the park in a public place... on the island about 24 dlls per person all day or about 7 dlls for a ride or 53 dlls for the annual pass per person.
Pets are welcome to walk through and hang out as long they are on a leash and we even have service dogs cages stationed at train station and carousel for your convenience if you decide you like to take nice train ride through the park and out to the beautiful encanto groove.
You don't have to call or pay ahead of time you can just pay the same day
Their website give the Days and hours they are open. enchantedisland.com
On their website it states they are open on MLK day from 11am-5pm
If im right about your question, yes you can just come and ride the train .
Yes they are open. They don't enforce masks to be worn but ask to wear them uf u cant be so far from other's. (So take one just in case) also during the week they close at 3 or 4pm but weekends are open until 8pm i believe
I think you can get on with him free.
Yes
It's actually made for kids age 1 to 10. And they also go by height. They will not let your kid on the ride if they are over the height restrictions, no matter how old they are. There's no restrictions on the Train or Carousel.
It can get very expensive there not worth the cost if you cant get the deals especially the food was the most terrible food ever
From experience, if you or the kids plan to get on many rides it's better to get the all day pass
They do not charge the entrance fee and the games are by ticket depending on the games and if you can take food
Certain days is only $10 for wrist bands to ride everything as long as you want
The wrist bands are $18.00 for everything in there except food and drinks adults can sit on the side or go with the kids.It is included in the package. But it is summer time Encantef Island does offer $10.00 wristbands in Fridays and discounts on sat & sunday
Thank you all for your response. Is it worth taking the family there for a fun day? We moved to the area (Surprise) a few months ago. We have been exploring new places with out kiddos.
Free to walk around. You can buy tickets or buy all you can ride bracelet. Aprox $30
Not sure but i dont see why not.
You can go with him on the train and he may be able to ride the helicopters. There is a car ride and bumper boats that he should be able to ride as well.
Tickets 1.25 , 21.75 for all day ride ticket book are a all day ride kid braclet per child. They do offer yearly pass for child only $52.00 or a child and a adult pass 104/110 I think with taxes The number of tickets you need will depend on your child height and also the ride.. (height restrictions). I my self have 1 1/2 year old toddler and he is able to ride Like five rides , now two of those rides the adult will need a ticket and also ride with him. ( we go often so I just brought a year pass )my son loves it & my 10 year old too. If you go between 6-8pm the rides use less tickets ..(call to make sure which days and hours
Not sure call them
I went with my Littles on the one that spins the tea cups .
It's not worth the trip
Friday-saturday 5:00pm-9:30pm and sundays from 5:30pm-8:30pm
Their website says Wednesday and Thursday 10am-4pm. Fri, Sat and Sun 10am-8pm. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Prices are pretty reasonable but they vary depending on the train ride or other options. I brought my 9 y.o. and 2 y.o. They couldn't ride all rides together due to height restrictions. Too tall or too short was the issue. Any child over 10 may not be too excited about the rides or too tall to ride. There is a lake and we rented a paddle boat. That was a lot of fun. It's a fun day out there to play on the grass and have a picnic kind of day. Good luck.
$10.00 all day wrist bands. We do 2 for our son's ages 4 and 7 years old and my wife and I.
