I have had service done here 3x over the past decade. The folks there were very accommodating, pleasant and easy to work with. The quality of the work done, even some off the cuff custom work has been top notch. The factory tour is must do as well as the company store where you can get nearly anything Airstream related. One of the best parts of factory service (at least pre-pandemic days) was that compared to going the dealer repair route, having to get approval for warranty work, then waiting on parts, approval, parts and factory employees are all at the same location, making repairs and needs very quickly addressed with far less downtime.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made us feel like friends that they haven't seen in years. The store is very neat, with desks and display areas that look like the classic Airstream silver "bullet".

Very nice wonderful people, right now stock is very low with long wait times. Service department is nice and well trained. Everyone is very customer service oriented.

We bought a 2021 Basecamp 20X from a dealership in Colorado (Windish RV in Lakewood) and to be honest, we have had a terrible time with that team. Their customer service is/was...non-existant, and we were told over and over again that …

Ditto what Kathy said
Yes, you can order from a dealer and let them know you want to tour the plant when your camper is being built. They will notify you when it is on the schedule.
It's not that difficult to fix that shower. Grace and Ronald Van Orden.
Public tours at 2 pm Monday through Friday. If you have a group of ten or more you can schedule your group for a 10 am private tour.
Dave arbogast in Troy is an airstream dealer. You can also check this website and search for a dealer closest to you based on your zip code https://www.airstream.com/dealers/
I don't believe so. I'm fairly certain you have to go through a dealer.
Please call Airstream and they will be glad to help they are very friendly and helpful
Yes contact them and they can do what you want
Perhaps you could call and ask this question directly. Not sure if large family and Airstream are compatible.
Yes the tour is very good and interesting you will learn alot and see how they are made you will enjoy the tour
Yes, call Airstream service.
They have 3 companies that transport them. Either single haul, or doubles and triples on semis.
Yes. Yes. Free if you are having service. I think $10 if not.
Ask someone in service.
Just call them. They'll route you to the right person.
You will need to call them or contact them on Facebook. I am sure you can get a new sofa from them
If your battery is charged and the breakaway cable has been pulled, then the brakes are probably on.
I have a 1979 airstream Excella that is 28’ she has a 454 motor with 400 turbo
Yes there are ignition range cook top and oven that you can put in your airstream. Search Google for "rv range piezoelectric" and find the size that matches your current range.
I can't tell you the exact $ but it's around $17 per hour.
All you would have to do is call the service center.. they would be glad to help!
Call the service center when they are open they can help you.
There is a version that comes with both tables and you can use as you like.
You will need a few numbers specific to your Tahoe. First is vehicle weight and gross vechicle weight. Then add the tongue weight of the flying cloud to Vechicle weight. If over gross vechicle weight then no. If less then add the weight of all the camping gear and passengers to base weight. If that is over gross vechicle weight then no. If all of that is less than gross behicle weight then your Tahoe can tow the 23 FC. Diclaimer, i am no expert but play one on youtube😁
I went there today and they said they only except resumes but I was a little thrown off in where to actually apply because I went to the service side I needed the actual place where they assemble them so I could apply
Check the restoration forms for options and details on seat enhancment or restoration.

Yes been hiring for the past 5 years straight
You'll have to call, best bet then you'll know and you can set up an appointment
2 pm. They give everyone ear an eye protection. Not sure if they have age requirements to take the tour.
It is better to do it in person if you can but call and ask for cindy
No. They have quite a waiting list. I would call the dealership you bought it from, and see what they can do for you.
(Brittany, I wonder if she's reading the answers since I have seen her same question.) Call them instead of posting same thing, Megin.
TheTake a Factory Tour Ever wonder how an Airstream is made? Come see how we craft every piece of the Airstream Travel Trailers, and how we really do put every one of those rivets in by hand. TOUR INFORMATION: The Airstream Factory Tour is held every Monday through Friday beginning at 2PM EST in the lobby of the Service Center (located on the north side of 274, next to the gas station). Cost is free. Please arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of time to check in. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the tour. Please note Friday tours are held after normal hours meaning you may not see the plant in full production. If you plan to attend around a holiday, please call in advance to verify our tour schedule. The tour lasts approximately 1.5-2 hours, requires a one-mile walk, and is divided into two parts. The first part highlights the building process of our travel trailers while the second part focuses on the touring coach process. Hearing and eye protection is required and will be provided

LED lights, just like incandescents come in different color temperatures and you can specify lamps with a warm color temp as opposed to cool. You can Google RV LED bulbs and see all the different types and temps
We 8nstalled vinyl plank flooring, looks like wood, quieter than hard laminate. You need to cut laminate with a saw, vinyl planks cut with a razor knife
