Why does my Airstreem wount move? It was sunk in dirt but uncovered it but it wount buge. Hand break is off and it bearly moves

If your battery is charged and the breakaway cable has been pulled, then the brakes are probably on.

Add air to tires and use bigger truck to tow🙏😄 with a big enough truck it will move🚛
