I've personally cut back on cheese and all dairy products. With Good results . Also cut back on Salt.

Have you tried his products? I'm a retired school teacher. I saw his ad online and didn't immediately believe it either. But my wife and I tried his Vital Reds. At the time I weighed 230 lbs.
