Be careful of Doctor Gundry, he told my 75 year old dad who is traveling to a developing South American country to not get the covid vaccine, even though the doctor himself has received the vaccine. I have had some of his supplements and they seem fine but I did not notice a difference with or without them.

This seems to be a scam. Me and my wife tried the Total Restore and end up with Gas issues immediately.

Primal Plants FEELS deeply nourishing, but I don't like the apple-taste.

No. He doesn't. He does speak at various events internationally.
Our Santa Barbara office is strictly a Concierge Practice. All patients need to be seen in Palm Springs. The cash price at this time is $700 for an hour and all new patients see our Physician Assistant first.
While Dr Gundry does not believe any of his products will interfere with any medications, you absolutely should check with your oncologist.
The darker the alcohol the better, on the rocks.
Amanda K we just saw Dr Gundry last week. He has developed an new Olive Oil supplement that he recommended to us. Go to the Gundry MD website. It's called Mediterranean Olive Leaf extract. Maybe that will work for you. Think u could ask questions on that site

Not a question. If you have buyers regret, return the product for a refund. Their customer service will help you.
Only your doctor can answer that question. Do not take any advice from anyone who isn't qualified to answer the question
See your physician. Thats medical advice without any information.
I'm not a doctor. Go online and ask a doctor. Ask your smartphone. Look it up on Dr. Gundy's website. If you follow Dr. Gundy's advise, your blood pressure and bad cholesterol levels will come down. I've personally cut back on cheese and all dairy products. With Good results . Also cut back on Salt.
Have you tried his products? I'm a retired school teacher. I saw his ad online and didn't immediately believe it either. But my wife and I tried his Vital Reds. At the time I weighed 230 lbs. My wife weighed 197 lbs. This morning I weighed in at 200.8 lbs and my wife is at 160 lbs. Our family has diabetes on both sides. We believe that his program and his information and learning how to eat clean may extend our health and our lives. Don't blame his for all the advertising. You don't have to buy his products. But if you learn his concepts about lectin, Polyphenols, and antibiotics your health will improve, your digestive system will get back to functioning properly and your energy level and ability to sleep will improve and physically and mentally you'll live a happier life. I don't work with Dr Gundry. In fact I've never met him. But his free information has already helped me, my wife and everyone that I've shared it with. And if you try it, it would help you to. You need to ask the doctor
I heard he has phone consultations. But thats only a question he should answer, no matter what our guesses.
What about enzymes ie: as a senior, does vital reds help restore them as a senior?
You can still eat tomatoes and peppers but you will need to skin and reseed them
