I wish I could give this place 10 stars. ⭐️ El Mirador Surgery Center is AMAZING. I came in August 31 for my EGD Dilation, because someone cancelled and I was so happy, but nervous because my procedure was a day after my Birthday(August 30). I have never been put under anesthesia before in my life. ❤️ The waiting room is very clean/roomy/and it feels so good in there, because of the heat outside. Cinthya, the receptionist who checked me in, was such a sweetheart and was making me laugh when I was scared of going in for my procedure. The nurse who did my IV was amazing. When I was rolled into the operating room, one guy in there said he was the man from AllState but without the deep voice, he made me laugh and before you know it I was out cold from the Anesthesia. Idk who you were, but you did a great job of distracting me. Big thanks to the OR staff: Sheila, Elise, Scott, and the rest of the people in there did a phenomenal job! 🥰 My recovery nurse, Edna, was such a sweetheart and I felt so safe/well taken care of and wheeled to my car where I was taken home! I loved my juice so much! 🧃💖 Much love and thanks to El Mirador Surgery Center for making my first procedure so simple/not scary at all! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I was notified that Air Conditioner is not working and being repaired next 1/2 hr. I checked in at 10 am and procedure is @10:30. Am on NPO..no food or water. It's hot. Awaiting notification

My husband had cataract surgery on both eyes a week apart. He had a lot of apprehension. The entire team went out of their way to make him feel as comfortable as possible. They were all knowledgeable and compassionate and able to put him at ease. He had a wonderful experience.

Just left El Mirador Surgical Center. My doctor, Dr. Shaaf uses the facility for eye surgery. Everyone at the facility was extremely kind and very efficient. I didn’t catch everyone’s name but special thanks to the following and forgive the spelling: Sandy at check in, Stephanie and Lynn in pre op, Britney surgery nurse and Edna in post op. Everyone else was great too. They work really well as a team and are happy to answer all your questions.
