I had the Rayne Water softening equipment installed in my house and it's been worthless. Worked for about two weeks and then just stopped. When the service guy came out, he blamed it on me. Worked for a few days and then stopped. Hasn't worked in years. Tried for another service call but they never returned my call, then tried contacting corporate headquarters in San Diego several times (including a certified letter) and never could get a response. Worthless product and no customer service.

Yes, we sell DI water, by the gallon. .25 per gallon. We recommend you use the DI water for rinsing only. Hours 8-4:30.
