Went to buy a phone to be activated for, boost Duane was very helpful. When trying to activate phone Duane states that I had to take it to boost to get a new sim card. Upon arriving at boost the sales person advised me that the phone was not compatible ,so I had To go back to best buy.i stood in line knowing they where going to give me an issue an not a full refund, because of the restocking fee and the insurance cost. i explained what happened a third time that I had the phone for less then 20 minutes I spoke to Jerry whom was a delight...he refunded all my money

Here for a laptop. Took about 30 minutes to get help with phone system queue. Not that many people though. I like the old fashion customer service system. Hey, i got some 60% off . Cant complain much.

I admit I really didn't want to go to Best Buy to shop I just had anxiety about it after past experiences at other best buys but I took a chance and went in looking for TVs and I must admit that this was the BEST experience I have ever had in a best buy! Kobe was my customer service representative he came over and was smiling even through the mask which was awesome! He knew his stuff I mean it was obvious that he loved what he was doing because he explained every tv we looked at to the absolute T he made my search easier and he made sure that I found exactly what I was looking for this guy is a scholar and his customer service was so dope that we bought 3 TVs he's a keeper!!! Thank you again Kobe keep up the amazing work young man!!

If you are a people person and have patience the staff at the door are ready to direct you every step of the way to guide you to best fulfill your needs within the store. They have great young staff and they help you find exactly what you need. They also don't follow you around the store bird eyeing you checking to see if you're stealing and making you feel uncomfortable. I'm sure they have cameras and security but you can actually go in the store and shop or just browse in peace. Me and my son love it!
