I was taught to give people the benefit of the doubt and not go by what you hear or read by other people until you experience it for yourself. No one knows your health issue except you and when something doesn't feel right, you call your Dr. Well, if you call multiple times and leave (I honestly lost count at this point) messages, and no one calls you back, how does that make you feel? It's not the Dr, it's the lady (wife?) who runs the front office. Even my PCP says they have been blocked from contacting their office trying to get patient referrals. So unprofessional that I had to file a grievance with my insurance company about how they don't return calls and or don't care about their patients. Hope this helps for anyone else going through the same experience.

I've been calling every day over 10 times for over a month and left 90 voicemails and they still have not got back to me the Indian woman at the front desk is very rude when I spoke to her last complaining that I call too much but she doesn't respond so I call just a huge waist of time don't use this office

My primary referred me here and I got a call from the receptionist today. She hung up on me twice and never called me back. She made me wait on hold to speak with her when I called back too. She misquoted me the cost of the appointment and called me names and belittled me when I asked clarifying questions. I eventually had to end our third call because she was unable to stop calling me names. I’ve already contacted my primary and requested a referral to literally anyone else

Absolutely terrible! My doctor gave me a referral here, but found another doctor that was closer. I received a call from Dr. Ghoshals office to schedule an appointment, I informed her that I found another neurologist she said someone better, I said no closer and she hung up on me. Now I’m absolutely glad I did not go to this doctor and see why you have a 1.3 rating.
