Located in library. Fast service compared to appointments in local post office. Park in parking structure and walk to there in less than 5 min. Complete whole process in less than 20 min include walking. Nice staff too.

We came expecting to be there all day. WRONG I paid 7 dollar for parking for the whole day, and we were in and out in 30 min. very helpful staff and they take care of you. Its unfortunate that they can only certain passport procedures. Plus get to enjoy the beautiful Sac State campus.

We went today to get passports. There were 4 of us, two adults and two kids. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. Parking was easy. The entire experience was great. Anastasia helped us. She was fantastic. She was friendly, answered questions, and made sure we had everything in order!

Hi Lupe The timelines change dependent upon the guidelines issued by the department of state. Please visit travel.state.gov to see the up to date timelines for routine and expedited passports. As of today, 1/20/22 routine passports take 8 to 11 weeks and expedited passports take 5 to 7 weeks. Be advised that this can change, so the best resource for accurate information is on travel.state.gov. Thank you

Hi No we do not print or give out the passports. Passports can only be issued by the Department of State. Our location is an acceptance facility which verifies identity (similar to what the post office can do). We mail the completed application to the Department of State who then mails the passport to the applicant upon issuance. Thank you
