This store has a lot of items stocked. It's pretty clean and never crowded when I shop self-checkout is Great!

Customer service is completely dead. I was talked down to by 3 employees back to back to back. They have absolutely no idea how to help a customer. They just smack there lips and don't give a hoot about us. This is absolutely the worst I have ever been treated by anyone, anywhere. I drive an hour to come to this one because I "thought" it was better. I don't know who these woman think they are but they took a customer service job and thats what they should be doing. Rude, inconsiderate, and lazy. The thought of doing just a little bit of work makes them angry and think they have the right to speak down to people. Do you job. That's all you have to do. The exact thing you get a paycheck to do. No more no less. Can't even do that. And they want a pay increase??!! They should be retrained and retrained again.

I visited the store this evening about 8:00 PM with one of the young men that I mentor. He is a victim of a house fire and was burned over 70% of his body. I brought him to the store so that he can get exercise and continue to build those motor skills that were lost as a result of being burned. Due to the burn, he cannot be in the sunlight for extended periods of time without a high strength of sunscreen. Visiting the store allows for him to continue building his motor skills as he has had to learn to walk all over again after the incident. The issue which has caused me to write this review is that about the fourth time we circled the store, a staff member came up to me and informed me that because we keep walking around the store we were being watched and that they feel uncomfortable with the fact that we were being “Watched” so they brought it to my attention. Needless to say I was extremely appalled and felt totally disrespected. I simply was bringing my mentee to what I felt was a “safe” environment for him to be able to walk around and again continue his therapy through building his motor skills. I also selected several items to purchase while in the store. In addition to building his motor skills I also am trying to get him to learn life skills such as grocery shopping and picking up items purchasing them etc. The fact that we were being “watched“ just for walking around the store is absolutely ridiculous to me. This is 2022 and I just can’t believe that this is the case. He was pushing the buggy with the items in it while we walked around the store. He wasn’t picking up any random items or anything like that. So it just floors me that the assumption would be made with that we need to be “watched” while walking around the store. I guess this is not the safe place that I thought it would be to bring my mentee to work on his skills. I scoured the Internet trying to find an email address for either the store manager or a district manager because I preferred to have handled this one on one directly with them. As I wasn’t able to the only other option they presented itself was to review this location.

Race isnt the issue, its poor management. I too have had a bad experience there. Aak for the next person in charge if you are not given the respect you deserve.
Listen Walmart is a great company u just gotta understand ur checking ur self out so why should Walmart half to pay u for doing so . Think outside the boxs It sure does help ...

You can check online and filter to select store availability. It'll let you know if they sale the product and if it's in stock. Hope this helps

I think your sending your question to the wrong source. This is an opinion site for visiting public places. You need to call the Wal-Mart 800 number, ask for the personal or complaint department and giving your complaint to. I , too have problems with the employees attidute at times too or they print wrong prices in newspaper or adverstizement. Once the cashier double the prices of some items, didn't get it till I got home and the to call, no luck, went back and had them to correct the chaser mistakes and it was25.00 I got back for overcharging.
