Commons is alright. It takes forever to get maintenance to come fix anything that is broken. We pay for a pool that hasn’t been open in 3 years and they still won’t open it because they have been “painting” it for 2 years. If you need an honest opinion I didn’t renew my lease because Pembroke has new apartment that are the say price range and they actually have a working pool and new appliances!

Good management team! The renovations are amazing and I’m glad they’re doing stuff to improving the property. It’s looking a lot better. The clubhouse feels brighter and more inviting when needing to go to talk to someone.
