Calling is a waste of time. In my case, it is an emergency. My son was assaulted in the store and I am in another state. I have been calling for two days straight and no one ever answers the phone.
I have reported them several times to central office about not answering phone or employees not in their dept to help but nothing has been done I guess they are just as bad as the stores
