Why haven't you ever started to answer the phone yet? Some people are calling from out of town and want to know if you have something in stock before they make a trip to buy it. Terrible way to do business.

I think your sending your question to the wrong source. This is an opinion site for visiting public places. You need to call the Wal-Mart 800 number, ask for the personal or complaint department and giving your complaint to. I , too have problems with the employees attidute at times too or they print wrong prices in newspaper or adverstizement. Once the cashier double the prices of some items, didn't get it till I got home and the to call, no luck, went back and had them to correct the chaser mistakes and it was25.00 I got back for overcharging. I could tell that the whole store is unprofessional. The store manager just flirts with the guys, normal managers just get attitudes, and the employees don’t do anything. They need everybody fired
