I highly recommend this facility! I couldnβt have asked for a better place for my mom to heal. Sheβs been there for over a month and the care and service of the employees were stellar! My mother was in and out of hospitals and rehab hospitals for six weeks prior to entering this facility. It wasnβt until we got here that we really got the support we needed for the family and my momβs been able to heal miraculously. Of particular note is Diane the case manager who was like a guardian angel to us and help to guide us through the whole process and was always available. I feel she went above and beyond to help us and guide us. Tammy the admissions person made sure she reached me and guided me through the transfer and admissions process. Shelley, a CNA, also was very kind and jumped into action when we needed extra support. This organization as a whole communicates very well with the families and obviously cares about their patients and families! And, it was a very nice physical environment and the rooms felt like studio apartments versus sterile hospital rooms.

My husband was at Advanced Healthcare of Henderson for 22 days. The staff were exceptional. My husband sometimes would call the nurse and then forget why he called. The nurses were so patient and friendly. The ones I talked to were happy working there. One of the nurses was even singing in the hall the day my husband was admitted. I highly recommend them.

I have only been here 3 days. Overall after a meeting with the chef, the facility manager, and the nursing manager, I feel that most of my concerns were addressed. The staff is very responsive, and do try to make you feel comfortable. The choice of food is very reasonable and very tasty, but I do feel that they lack in fiber in the meals as well as fruits. If you need a freezer to have your ice gel freeze, make sure the one in your room works, stay on top of the meds you are given, also do not be afraid to ask for water when you run out. The staff never checked. If you need a strong Tylenol as your surgeon indicated that you may need, ask for it. If you are on a special food π₯ diet, talk to the kitchen manager.

This is a beautiful place, visually , however to staff knowledge and capabilities are terrible. They don't seem to read the patients notes on their file. Not even sure they have any kind of report at shift change. I have been presented with the wrong medications and the response for assistance is so slow. I waited 3 hours from my first request for a pain medication to actually be acted upon and then the blame game started as a he said/she said. Then the night nurse yells at patient when confronted with the issue. This is a scary place for safety for patients..

Just stayed at Advanced on Cactus Ave. Nice, clean facility. Only downfalls are cna's dont answer call buttons fast enough and my meals were never correct.
Hi Sheri, you are welcome to visit at any time. Our doors do lock at night, but there is a doorbell at the main entrance.
