It pains me to write this review because I really liked the staff and doctor but they sent a prescription that could not be filled because of mistakes. The pharmacy called them several times and I had to call them and they blamed the pharmacy, and then sent over another prescription they made a mistake on, I know because the pharmacist showed me, it said to take 4 pills a day for 5 days and said a total quantity of 10 pills, which obviously doesnt add up. So I had to wait till the next day which was a friday and normally they are open, I called several times and nobody answered so I drove over to their location only to see they had a note on the door saying they were closed that day, but they didnt say anything on their voice mail. So 3 days I needed to be taking my medicine urgently they made multiple mistakes and then do not have any answering service or callback as many doctors do, leaves me no choice but to find and pay and waste my time going to a different doctor to get the treatment I couldnt get from this provider because they made several mistakes in a row and then had no answering service or any other option than for me to go to a different doctor. I hate leaving negative reviews, you can see my history, I dont know if I have ever left any. I would have been happy to give them a chance to correct their mistake and I did try to do that diligently, and they could have ways like an answering service that could have provided a path for them to correct their mistake, but they choose not to so my only recourse is to warn others.

Advanced Urgent Care was amazing, I took my special needs sister in and they showed her and myself, the upmost respect, from check in to check out, the staff are amazing. I will definitely, if needed, revisit Advanced Urgent Care!!!

The Nurse practitioner Arion Shepherd was very empathetic and explained everything in detail and was able to help me with my problem. Front desk staff was very nice.
