Poor customer service, they didn’t believe us that our car wouldn’t start after video taping the problem, and taking it in 4 times for the same problem. I don’t think they even looked for the problem and relied on us to diagnose it, replacing a starter that didn’t need replacing and not checking the cable connections. They don’t return calls or keep you up to date on what is happening with your car. Unsafe feeling there as well after witnessing a sales person scream at a worker and they just closed the door so we couldn’t hear. I felt sorry for the woman who was being yelled at and won’t go back.

Walked in with the build sheet to a V-6 Camaro I wanted to order. Was informed there would be a $6,000 markup for the order ($4,000 markup, and a $2,000 alarm that was mandatory to install) Meanwhile, I've been in contact with Tracy and Fairfield Chevrolet, and they have both confirmed they do not apply markup pricing to custom orders. Unless you really enjoy being ripped off, I wouldn't bother with this dealership

Bring my car there Faithfully for oil change. I had something go wrong by the time they got done they had listed six different things that needed to be fixed. That makes me very uncomfortable
