I have tried a thousand ways to tell the children who work the afternoon shift which is my favorite coffee and they always give me the wrong coffee because they are playing around saying rude things to each other and do not pay attention to the customers. This is the fourth time they give me my three bad coffees and I feel sad because when I called them they don't even want to do it again

To the young man with brown curly hair in the night shift, thank you so much for being so nice and patient. I don’t go to Starbucks often and I was really flustered with a fussy toddler. I didn’t know what to order but described what I kind of wanted and he suggested a drink for me and made it simple for me to just order a “large” instead of correcting me about Starbucks size terms. It was DELICIOUS, and I’m glad they still had cake pops for my toddler to enjoy. I hope your manager rewards you for your amazing service!

My sweet fiancé was completely jipped. Apparently they couldn’t be bothered to fill the cup up. Instead I got a Tall with a Tall’s worth of whipped cream on top.

Came here at 850 to get one drink. They wouldn’t talk to us through the drive thru and all doors were locked. We called and they didn’t answer. We watched 2 cars go through the drive thru as well along with another car that tried to open the doors (before 9). Manager needs to get ahold of this, they shouldn’t be closing before 9! January 19th
