I tried to call the store to see how my order was since the ETA for delivery was around 435 according to the email received and it 445. I checked the tracker and it was still in the first portion. I attempted to call the store and was on hold for 11 minutes and when the phone was picked up on their end they hung up before talking to me. I am upset at the lack of communication and customer service this location has and will consider other pizza places in the future. Do not recommend this location as to this is not the first incident with lack of customer service and I have seen health code violations when I ordered pick up in the past. Including employees not wearing gloves and watching a team member not wear gloves, wipe their face and then proceed to pick something off a pizza without washing their hands

Ordered over an hour ago and still no pizza, no phone call, no try to even deliver it! Just a cancellation all of a sudden and now I've been on hold for over 15 minutes!! Shows the store is open until 1am on maps. Awful management and supervision, no care about hungry people, thanks a lot. I will never order from this company again, I want my money back and I want to be reimbursed by this company by buying me a pizza from a company that knows how to deliver on time. Awful awful awful.

We are celebrating tonight and ordered dinner through this location unfortunately. With the understanding that we did order quite a bit of food we knew it wouldn’t be the normal 30-40 minutes it usually takes. I understand the short staffed restaurants and the over worked employees... I get it. I really do.. but seriously.. It has been over two hours since we placed our order, and now when we’ve called and called. No one is at work today I guess. They were pretty quick at taking my money.. I just hope they are just as fast at giving it back.

I'm really disappointed ☹️ this was supposed to be a treat. The manager offered me a refund and I said no. Because I thought that maybe they could remake my order. But it was worse. Can anyone recommend another domino's? I guess this one needs help. My meatzza pizza 🍕 did not have extra cheese or extra mushrooms and it was over cooked. It was gross 🤢 how they soaked the crust with butter. And the chicken wings were cold on the inside. I appreciate the effort but I just want a domino's pizza 🍕 like the good old days.
