Terrible customer service. 7/8/22 I came in to switch from T-mobile to Verizon and as I was being served I noticed a little old lady come into the store. She needed help with something or another all of which I overheard and the store manager Anthony, was giving her quick short answers as if to be bothered by the issue and provided no real solutions other that she call customer service (again). It made me so angry that the staff would not think of solutions for her. Not a fan of Anthony.
