Stay far far away, really shady business. Let me get the positive out the way first. The sauna experience was great. The ladies at the front desk were extremely accommodating and attended to all my sauna related inquiries. Hats off to them. As for the not so positive, they will rip you limb from limb to get a penny off you. I signed up for a membership doing my research for local saunas and I came up with this one. I took note of the other comments saying this establishment had issues charging membership fees when they were not suppose to. Taking precaution, I went on their website to look for a membership that will only last for my desired time of two months. When signing up, I told the desk employee at the time that I would like to sign up for a 2-month membership. Somewhat like a prepaid membership. Nothing longer than that. What they do not tell you is that you will be billed month after month even if you disclaim to them that you want a membership designated for a certain timeframe. A month after my membership was agreed to end between me and the desk worker, I get hit with a $175 monthly charge. Of course I head back to the place explaining them my situation and telling them that this was agreed upon to be a membership of only a 2 month duration. They proceed to tell me to write a cancellation form, and when I asked if I can get a refund despite me not using the sauna past the 60-day period they hit me with the "we'll see what we can do." To add a cherry on top, they said I would have to pay next months due for the lack of my "30-day notice" for a membership that was AGREED upon to only last the initial 60 days. Do not go here, do not go here, they will drain your pockets.

I booked an appointment and received an appointment confirmation email. When I showed up for my appointment the store was closed and empty. No one answered either phone number I was given and no one responded to my email. What a complete waste of time.

Friendly service always. Appointments available daily. The temp goes up to 156 but feels very relaxing and soothing especially with the different types of oils and colored lights. I go on a weekly basis and my skin feels great.
