Terrible pricing .. $525 for boarding a door ..call made them at 3 pm Saturday and they said it’s emergency pricing … I have done same thing in Palmdale at 3 am at $125 .. this is huge pricing different.. stop try to rob people .. . come on people ..

Preferred Glass was outstanding! Needed to replace frame mirrors with no frame mirrors . They came and ordered and said about a 2 week turn around , 2 days later Courtney called me and said we can install tomorrow. Entire crew was super friendly. Courtney was great ! Highly recommend!!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am in the process of remodeling my bathroom and had an issue with a window that was installed in '08. I went to Preferred on Friday morning and explained the problem to Courtney. She had someone out first thing this morning (Monday). The issue was taken care of at no charge! I was grateful it didn't delay my ongoing project. Thank you, Courtney!

Sent photos of window. Told by Josh, they don't make glass that large to replace and quoted me a price of $3500 to buy a whole new window which was more than ALL the windows installed in my whole house. Next day when I called back to adjust the measurements to lower, the lady on phone was not service oriented, kept interrupting me, and said cannot email an estimate to get rid of me. That makes me leary because they probably raise the price a lot later. No thanks!. B&D Glass was way more friendly to deal with.
