Absolutely horrible. Came here because I was very sick, Dr told me I had severe bronchitis. She told me that I needed rest and to fight it naturally. I asked her for a few days off work because I had a different schedule everyday sometimes a few hours between shifts and she denied me. Went to a different Dr that takes Kaiser and he gave me antibiotics and four days off. Thank Kaiser for taking care of your patients

No integrity. They tried to convince my elderly grandpa not to go to physical rehabilitation center for his hip injury. They waited until he was alone to approach him and they also didn’t say “physical rehab” instead they asked if he wanted to go to an “old-folks home.” The reason is because the rehab center would’ve cost them money. This trick didn’t work but the fact that they tried it shows their lack of care. Whoever responds to this I’m sure is going to make some excuse as to why they tried to commit elder abuse but words are cheap. If you have to pay someone to make excuses for your bad morals then maybe try getting some good ones instead.

The lab hours at the main hospital are: Monday thru Friday from 7:00am to 7:30pm, Saturday & Sunday from 7:00am to 5:30pm. The holiday schedule is 7:00am to 5:30pm...hope this helps...
Your doctor has to prescribe it in Modesto, due to the fact that SoCal and NorCal being different regions. If it is a medication that is given in back office during an office visit make an appointment with the ophthalmologist and they can bring up your socal records to verify.

Kaiser requires an appointment and it usually takes a couple of days for results.
There are plans to where you can use Kaiser through Medi-Cal. Like everything else, there are rules and requirements for then to make it happen. You have to call either member services or their main number to be routed to the right call center to find out if you're eligible.

I believe that they do provide Emergency Services, but the charge will be related to what was done. For non emergency services, I think they will stabilize at a minimum. For Medi-Cal patients, I think you'll be best to choose one of the other two hospitals in Modesto.
