just came here with my little one, i really like the office. the dr. was super nice and showed great child care. there was a bit of a wait after checking in, but to be honest i dont mind especially for the great care they gave my child.

MY SON HAS BEEN GOING TO THIS OFFICE SINCE HE'S BEEN BORN IN SEPTEMBER, STAFF IS ALWAYS SUPER NICE AND HELPFUL. I'VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEMS GETTING A SAME DAY APPT. DR. LENSER AND LISA ARE SOO ATTENTIVE REGARDING MY SON. THEY HAVE ALWAYS TAKEN THE TIME TO ANSWER ALL MY SILLY FIRST TIME MOM QUESTIONS. I HAVE NEVER FELT RUSH.

Front office staff is rude and lazy. I don’t call often for appointments as my child is rarely sick but when I do, they like to schedule at least 3 days out. FOR A SICK VISIT! When I try to explain the symptoms Over the phone, they rudely talk over you and ask you other questions as if they aren’t concerned about what you are actually calling about. I know there’s certain protocols offices have to follow and ask questions but to talk over a concerned frustrated parent is just disgusting for someone working in the medical field. Asked them to check on insurance when I made the appointment 3 days in advance so I didn’t waste my time driving to Modesto and was told I’d get a call if it was inactive. I specifically told them I needed to know in advance. Never got a call. When I arrived Maria told me insurance was inactive and stated it’s the patients responsibility to find out if insurance is active. As an office manager, I know that response is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! This is the 2nd time they’ve done this. The first time I knew the insurance had changed but they were just going to let my child be seen until I said something. Will be going elsewhere.
