This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. They were supposed to help my daughter in law and filed her paperwork incorrectly. When she went to her immigration apt she was told she should of not even filed due to moving to another state and having to wait 3 months. The employee knew she was moving when completing the paperwork. When you pay for a service the workers should know the rules and guidelines for their clients. Now my daughter in law is out $1000. We went today to try to get them to rectify the situation and was basically treated poorly and with no respect. They wouldn't answer our questions and refused to tell me who the owner of the company was or show us their business license. They actually walked away from us and went in their office and called us on the phone while we were still in their lobby. I am shocked a business who is supposed to be helping others would treat anyone this way. Never owning up to the wrong doing of their employee. Now we are waiting on them to rectify if they even do that. This company owes my daughter in law redone paperwork with no fee and to pay her immigration filing fee. They messed up and now need to make it right. Eugenia and Patricia were absolutely rude and disrespectful and had the nerve to smirk behind their masks and walk away.
