Excellent customer service with the office staff Megan and April and the field techs were courteous and knowledgeable, especially Miguel and his crew for the mold remediation and the first crew who took care of the initial water damage was great too. 👍 I would recommend them, they're good at what they do. Worth what you're paying for, even if it's covered. The other place in Seaside, they need to do they're own disaster kleanup.

Ray handled the water damage to our house and was a pleasure to work with. He called me daily to provide updates with the drying process. He was very professional and polite when explaining what work was being completed. Megan, who I spoke with over the phone, was fantastic as well. Nothing but a positive experience with Servpro of Monterey!

I am impressed by this company's professionalism from start to end. They were very detail oriented in every sense. The technicians were very polite, explaining what they were doing and getting in and out fairly quickly. I was pleasantly surprised when they took all of the debris and flooring materials with them. They taped a plastic visqueen material down on the floor until the floor company comes to lay the new flooring. Definitely recommend this company for any type of service.
