Terribly unprofessional. Got an oil change which went fine but when I got into my car it wouldn’t start. I asked an employee to help and while we were figuring it out the other employees (one named Kase) were laughing at me and the situation and making snide comments about the car. Kase was also the person to greet me at the start and was very dismissive. I may not be a car person but laughing and mocking at both myself and his fellow employee was disgusting behavior. Will not be returning to this location.

I've been using the Monterey station in Monterey for 1-1/2 years now and have received excellent service. Always courteous, quick, efficient and accurate service. Never try to sell me unnecessary services yet advise when the manufacturer's recommendations come up. At one point, my car erroneously 'told' me it was due for service when, in fact, it was early, due to an added service from a previous visit. The techs were honest about that and gave me a date to return. They've helped me interpret my new vehicle's codes and warning systems. This company is my Go-To maintenance place.
