I think their rules and policies for using a debit card are bogus. I desperately need a vehicle for Friday to get to the housing authority so that I can have a place to live. The taxi companies in this area are not answering their phones. My only option seemed to be to rent a vehicle -- until I read what proof of honesty and self they require and I see that this is not an option for me either. I have lots of documents: Birth certificate, driver's license, passport, etc. But I haven't paid a utility bill in months. I haven't had an official pay-stub job since last year. This does NOT indicate that I'm not going to return the car when and where I noted I would. Listen to my music to get to know me. And yes, I am who I say I am. I am me. If I had proof of a utility bill, then I would be someone else. I have proof I was in a homeless shelter. That proves I am me. But you will not accept that. Victoria -- the customer service agent -- was nice to explain that there is no way around this. Enterprise: Change your rules, please.
