I am a manager who's company has spent over $100,000.00 over the last several years to have team members stay in this hotel and the adjacent hotel, Wingate by Windham. I'll say unequivocally, they are by far the most accommodating and responsive hotel we have used over the last ten years. Their manager Ashley is a superstar and every single staff member is friendly and flexible when it comes to changing plans. I am torn in posting this review because I want to keep this place as secret as possible to keep it my team's little secret, but the right thing to do is to give them credit where credit is due. They are awesome and much appreciated.

Everything was clean. Beds were very comfortable and pillows were soft. Service was exceptional. Enjoyed the breakfast too.

I live in the area and my landlord was remodeling the house and put my girlfriend and I up in this hotel for 6 days. Everything about this hotel was amazing! The room was very comfortable and quiet, breakfast was amazing, staff was always friendly and went above and beyond for us and catered to our special request with no issue whatsoever. We will likely be staying in a hotel again due to water line needing replaced. We will definitely be choosing the Hawthorn! Also, the view is great! We both work in the plaza the back side of the hotel overlooks, so we requested to be on the opposite side of the building on a middle floor. They had no problem doing that for us. And the beds are wonderful! Shower is pretty unique too.

The views are what make this hotel. It is at the top of a hill and waking up to the scenery is amazing. The maid service is great is does a good job of daily cleaning. The rooms are basic and a little small for the king suite compared to Hilton. Breakfast is made fresh every morning. Front desk members are enjoyable and helpful.
