Disgustingly dirty! Roaches! No amenities as shown on the website!! Poorly run!! The cats they had outside are treated better. They were feeding raccoons-we saw them outside the window by our room!! Don’t waste your time or money 😡

No washcloths, feeding racoons, roaches in rooms, cats all over the place, unknown stains on bed comforters and chairs. False advertising about pool and the other things all were closed. They said they couldn't find my reservations, and charged my credit card again. Very unprofessional, left the next morning. Some pictures on the web site are very old, the upkeep was non-existent. Would not recommend staying there. As far as I am concerned we lost 3 nights of money, because I paid on their website and had to pay again when we checked in, even when I had proof I paid back in January for the 2 nights. DO NOT ATAY THERE. There are plenty of other places that are alot nicer

When I arrived I was told that I had to pay a $100 to $300 deposit that would take up to 3 weeks to get back and then told that if I pay a 25 dollar upgrade I would not have to pay the deposit. I then asked if there would be breakfast and he said yes a continental breakfast. When I woke there was only toast and a half bowl of cereal. I asked if there was anything else and he said the waffle maker is broke and I should be happy because a lot of places have nothing. I told him most places wouldn't tell you they did and only have toast. Besides that room was ok. Paid same amount for the Hampton inn but got Knights inn. I should have known better. Don't waste your money here

I called from an Electric Cooperative for 3 rooms for our linemen to work on restoring power in the area and have a place to stay for three nights. Within 30 minutes I had to call back and cancel the rooms because the guys couldn't make it and was told I would be charged one night for each room! He knew these were guys coming to restore power in their area, told me I needed 24 hours' notice to cancel. I was NOT told that when I called. I asked if there were people waiting for rooms and he said yes. So, he had people waiting to fill the rooms and he is going to charge me. I regret giving him my card number to hold the rooms. Now I will be charged!!! Very poor customer service. I have them starred NOT to ever use them again with our company. And, I will not use them for personal use. Very disappointed.
