The pool area needs work The Slate is coming up by the towel rack. I stepped on a piece with my foot took it to the front desk she said she would have somebody look at it. We left Sunday, forgot two pill bottles there. called back up there She said she will have the housekeeper call us next day it's now Thursday no phone call I had to call back up there.

This was the third time I have stayed here for a night while travelling. Rooms were clean, staff was pleasant and the included hot breakfast of eggs and sausages were good.

We were impressed with the facility considering that some interstate motels are outdated. This one was clean, neat and contemporary. The breakfast staff was very friendly. The only challenge was the highway noise but that is to be expected when choosing a hotel that is easily accessible to the interstate. Overall a very nice stay

Breakfast food was horrific. Powdered eggs and lack of gravy for the biscuits. Only fruit offered was delicious apples, which is the worst apple available. Also I suspect the desk clerk had to prepare the breakfast. The room was good with the bed being great. The desk clerks weren't warm and welcoming. I think the night clerk was in a hurry to have a cigarette. The room coffee machine didn't work. I would stay in wheeling west Virginia rather than stay here. For $94.00 a night plus tax we expected more. One final note we received no phone call back from the manager. By the way this place lacked. Condiments such as honey for the biscuits. TV was great. Pool was nice.
