Management at this facility is poor and extremely rude. Don't use their online ordering system for "order ahead" snacks because they act like you're a huge inconvenience to them when you attempt to pick it up.. not only that, it's not a time saver because you still have to wait in line in order to pick it up. I sent my kids in with the confirmation number and they waited 20 minutes in line only to be told when they got to th front that they needed something else from an email.. so they called me and I walked inside (5mins tops) and the manager sent them to the back of the line and wanted them to wait AGAn. It's really a bad system and the lady managing the concession counter was unnecessarily rude to the kids. I do not recommend it.

I am just very confused by our experience today......we watched the Minions movie in theater 9. The sound was SO loud & they never dimmed the lights. It really ruined the experience having over head lights shining on us & we all had a headache by the time we left. I am 55 years old & have never sat through a movie that loud. We were also FREEZING! The popcorn sucked! It was stale. At other theaters like Phoenix I am used to having fresh hot butter poured over it with some tasty seasoning offerings. Also, you buy tickets at the same register food is purchased. We pre-bought our tickets but it a ridiculous setup. Not that I expect a response; I don't see where they have responded to any reviews. I think Nicole Kidman should definitely endorse another company!

Tried to watch Dr. Strange in 3D, but the screen was messed up and immediately made us feel cross eyed and have a headache. Apparently no one was monitoring to make sure it was playing ok, while there were at least 6 employees just standing behind the snack bar watching one woman work the register. Thankfully, they refunded our tickets but we’re still out the gas money, time wasted, and missed our only opportunity for a date night in months. We will not be returning to this theater and do not recommend going if you value your eyesight and don’t want to waste your time and money.
