UPDATED OPINION: I contacted the car wash at the number posted in the comments and they gave me a credit for a full service wash to make up for me not getting the ceramic wax originally, so I changed my opinion to 4 stars. We will make sure you get what you paid for. Let us review on cameras what happened to your wash. The wash is open 24 hours a day.
