The hotel was fine. The staff were very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately there were other tenants being very loud and disruptive off and on. The outdoor grounds were very littered. Ice machine did not work. But no major complaints.

If I could put a 0 I would. I've stayed at worst hotels but this hotel is the worst of all. Definitely up there as #1 hotel I wouldn't recommend. 😬 Stay at your own risk.. The manager is rude they do not care as long as they get their money. The reviews here are just terrible for this place. The comments this manager has said to these people who have STAYED at their nasty hotel. Is disgraceful. They have bed bugs and the rooms smell like smoke and pot. Doesn't even look they are actually clean the rooms. Do NOT waste your money here. This hotel is DISGUSTING! 🤢🤢🤢 I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

We recently spent just over a week at this hotel. The day before we left, we found a bedbug on one of the beds. We made the staff aware, and they moved us to another room. Before moving everything to the new room, my husband went in to check for bedbugs. When he lifted the mattress to inspect, he found packets of a white, powdery substance, that we could only guess were drugs. We were then given another room, but found another bedbug in the new room. Needless to say, we were not very pleased. Needless to say, we were not offered any sort of refund or anything more than and apology for the inconvenience. We were fully charged for the entire time we were there. It seems that after finding a bedbug in 2 rooms, and drugs in another, we would at least not have been charged for the nights we had those issues. Absolutely nothing was offered at all though!

The staff were very friendly and courteous. This review is not a reflection of them. They get 5 stars. The entire place smells like a used ashtray. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left the smell was too much. The remote control has the batteries taped to hold them in place. Looked like the bathroom sink and toilet were new, but the shower was in rough shape.
