Has a great variety of shoes. All the staff was super helpful including one named Ari I believe her name was. She helped me find sneakers for me and my whole family even though the store is really busy. I will definitely return.

Always have the latest styles in sneakers and gear. Would give 5 stars but hard to find a size 11. Guess that's because it's a popular size.

You need to go to the store, most likely with your receipt, and show them your shoes. If they are defective, they may be able to work with you. If they are broken due to wear, most likely not. It never hurts to go in person and talk with them.
