Came in to buy my kids heelys as they have been obsessing over a pair since seeing another child with them . This was the third store I went to and was excited I found what my kids wanted . The issues I have is when I proceeded to pay I was asked about a loyalty program . I informed the cashier I usually don’t shop here and the store just happened to have what I needed . The word no was not in her vocabulary that day ,through the whole transaction she tried to get me to sign up stating it was a really fast process I would save money and all she needed was some information. After asking me a total of 6 times I stopped responding took my change and thanked her . I had worked retail most of my working life until I started my career and I know for a fact that their corporate pushes these poor sales staff to be this pushy to customers. DSW corporate needs to do better before they lose customers to greed .

Okay selection, decent pricing. Staff is a little slow moving here for cashing out but fine other than that

I had a wonderful experience while shopping at the DSW in Henrietta. I’m a store manager at a locally run retail store and I’m always looking for diamonds in the rough and making sure they’re recognized. The store was clean and orderly as I scanned the entire store upon arrival. I was in there to look for black and/or brown shoes to wear that has better support due to me being in my feet all day on concrete floors. I watched to see how their star was doing with how they worked and how often they’re asking if someone is in need of any assistance. Then comes Fiona. Wonderful sales associate. Asked me if I was finding everything out did I need some assistance in finding what I was looking for. She made constant eye contact, listened to me shoe needs and was extremely articulate. Due to her professionalism, I wanted to make sure she was recognized. Which is when I met Liz. The Buffalo sales manager. She was incredibly helpful ask a few more in depth questions and immediately found what I needed to aid in. Both of these young ladies are top notch and should be recognized for their expertise, knowledge and professionalism. These two young ladies are an asset to your company and have a bright future ahead of them. Thank you Fiona and Liz.
