My family rented trucks from there for moving before but I don’t realize how massive it is until I went in today. Had an excellent experience here refilling propane. They are the life savers. I need it urgently and the other spot I normally go near by isn’t open at the time. I first didn’t realize they refill and sells propane tanks at all. Found it randomly out of desperation and was grateful for it. Albert helped me refill and Evette helped me at the counter.

The WORST!! I mean WORST workers here! BE WARE! There are other companies besides I haul…we arrived at 7p.m on the dot for our reservation, they were closed! All the workers were working including the manger. The manger said they don’t rent trucks past 7p.m but our confirmation said be there at 7p.m. They wouldn’t help us, we tried to exit and a husky truck was blocking the exit the worker said “we are closed” I asked where is the exit? He said this one but we are closed. After 5mins of us going back n fourth with a employee he FINALLY moved his truck to let us out! I couldn’t believe it, he was trying to keep us hostage or something. I have never expected this type of behavior from a manager of uhaul! THE WORST EMPLOYEES EVER

Despite the trailer size I desired being rented out, the staff truly did what they could to make this a pleasant experience. Thank you to Noah for going over and above, the assistant manager for making my life easier, and all of the office staff that worked with me(and showed concern regarding my car issue) Thank you 🙏
