Very friendly and extremely helpful. She works so hard making sure to keep an eye on everything to make sure it's all secure and safe. I've been to a few storage places and by far this location has made me feel like my belongings are safe and secure. And the hours that are open to get into your storage unit are much better then other locations I've been too.

If you need long or short term storage- this is the place! I have been helping a family member who has been ill store her furniture and personal belongings until movers picked them up. It’s been complicated at times which leads me to write this review. Carmen, the facility manager, is fantastic. She has been consistently kind and patient, troubleshooting every obstacle with me from late arriving movers, forgotten lock codes, etc. The communication is excellent, the facility spotless, and the security is great- there has been nothing but positive interaction. They have wifi and clean bathrooms and the climate control is the best I have experienced. I rarely write reviews- but if I can help someone find a reasonably priced storage space that is run with integrity I think I should. Every time I’ve had to store things, it’s been under stressful circumstances and this has been my best experience to date. Thanks Carmen. You made the process as easy as can be expected!

Once the unit is sold, the proceeds are applied to your outstanding balance. If the proceeds are higher than the amount due, a check for the difference will be sent to the person leasing the storage unit.
