Extremely Horrible place of business & Work , I have over 6 years of working in the customer service field and this business is by far the worst ran . They are extremely unprofessional , the make up your schedule and if it does not suit you they don’t care , they SUCK at communicating , they blame you for all of your mistakes , and when you think your doing an amazing job they will not credit you instead they’ll get on you about something that really does not matter at all. They treat the people that work for them like Robots and like we’re not human . Honestly for the little pay they give you it’s definitely not worth it , feel like slave work . I waited to have a meeting it’s HR which my supervisor set u with me due to why I had so many pointless points and guess what the day I finally heard from HR is when she went over my termination report letting me know I was fired for no reason ! DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOUR DESPERATE FOR A JOB ….. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU .

I’ve been waiting for weeks to get my equipment. it took me a whole week of calling and leaving voicemails before i could even get in contact with anyone. i finally got a call last week and they said i would be getting a call this week and i still haven’t got a call. it’s going on a month and they’re just going to keep giving you the run around and lie to you. don’t even waste your time, so unprofessional.
