I’ve had a terrible time post surgery. I was prescribed a medication with pretty bad side affects. I had a telehealth visit March 23rd where we decided to switch medication I was told to wait a few days for authorization if denied I would be prescribed another medication that did not require authorization. I have now waited a month, calling daily I was able to reach the nurse who promised to call back within 10 minutes. The front desk takes sticky notes but I never receive a return call or anything sent to the pharmacy.

Hi Cecily! Yes, we are very experienced in revision surgeries. However, there may be other options available to help you with your problem. You're best bet would be to schedule an appointment with our Nurse Practitioner, Whitney, who can assess your issue and provide treatment options to you. You could discuss revision surgery with her as well. They only ask because of the risk of blood clots and it's easier on the heart so I'd your can try to quit but it's not a absolute requirement 4 surgery
