I scheduled an appointment a week ago to discuss going back for my instructors license. I called today to let them know I might be a little late (left a vm because nobody answered) but I ended up walking in the door literally 4 minutes after my appointment time. I sat there over 15 minutes before someone came out to tell me that the advisor I had an appointment with left for the day. I drove over 30 minutes to get here. So unprofessional. I will be finding another school that clearly wants my business.

Tee style

Lady in the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. She made me feel like I’m trying to get over a facial. It was my first time and when I asked the questions of what I was getting she was like look at the list. I’m fine with students giving facials. It’s the way she talked to me. I’m just a customer asking questions because I didn’t book my appointment and I was just questioning what treatment I got because I may have overpaid and if I did I would have loved to give the rest of the money to the student. I normally don’t write reviews but this one for sure really bothered me.

Today I got a massage with Michelle, and she is ready to graduate in July. She showed great skill and her hands are magic! I will definitely be back and if the other students are as good as she is, this school is definitely churning out some outstanding therapists. I am super impressed.
