Worst place I have ever leased with. Sheryl, the manager uses bullying, intimidation, and takes advantage of those with economical and personal disadvantaged and don’t know their rights. She charges bogus fees that aren’t written in the lease or agreement generally after the resident has asked for some kind of service or maintenance. She does not comply with state landlord laws and regulations, or housing assistances rules and registrations. She will enter your home with other people when you are not present and will provide no prior notice and completely unannounced. I know multiple current and previous residents who have experienced the same.

After reviewing the reviews, I called according to the listings this appt was to be on a low income housing list as well, you have to make the 3 times the monthly rent that's sad for ones on disability.

In case ur looking for a unit let me just List the apartment complex I stayed in which was 7500 on the bottom level. Since this place takes their reviews so seriously let me go ahead and update it! By now I’m sure y’all are tired of my name popping up, just as much as I’m tired of dealing with them, so this is definitely my last review a response isn’t warranted but I’m sure they gone say a lot of stuff to try and deflate my character once I hit the facts in this review (after all that’s what They do) but to reiterate my second review if I could leave a negative review, TRUST ME I would. It’s long, but worth it! Originally I left an honest review, 1 STAR I procrastinated on finding a place and needed to do month to month & was forcefully told I’d have to remove my very truthful review or they wouldn’t do business with me. So where do I count the ways that lead to this 0 star review? Don’t move on the bottom level you’ll get creatures no not just roaches but so many water bugs/ Beatles and 2 lizards got in through my patio door. A friend of mine stayed in a different building and when winter came along they killed over 4 mice and let’s not forget the roaches. There have been FOUR floods since I’ve been here -where items were damaged severely due to the water, it’s never fixed, BANDAGED until the next go round. Let’s speak about the neighborhood I had a man standing outside my window once, called the police and the office to pull the surveillance tape. They claimed they would and call me back but never did, then when I went to them about it a week later it was once again a NEW face in the office. Management is so temporary and it’s as though each person is worse than the last. In 18 months there have been a total of 4 different agents in the office, who greet you with bad attitudes and snide remarks. If you have an issue good luck ESPECIALLY in the summer, it’s as though management and maintenance are from two different planets. The interior is nice, the apartments are an ok size but for All you deal with you can find it elsewhere with less of a headache! One thing I will say is the new manager Heather is prompt, they still don’t answer the phone BUT she responds to messages immediately, I’m sure she actually submits the work orders and all of my encounters with her have been pleasant! She’s a plus for the company, if she stays! There is no screen door on the sliding door, and when I mentioned adding one to fix the issues my request got ignored as did my broken bedroom window. Their response, was that they don’t fix windows. The day that I was scheduled to move I told them I’d turn my keys in at 4 pm, at 4 ol clock they changed my locks DESPITE seeing me moving all day and knowing I still had my bigger items still in the unit, and attempted to tell me to come back next week. No I did not get put out, my rent was paid up and they were okay with my move out date so why be spiteful and change my locks when you see that I’m still moving? When I went to the office to mention it NATI antagonized the situation with a smirk saying I thought you were going to be done by 4. You seen me still moving so why even go through that? I hope this helps someone anyone, if you read this please just look elsewhere it’s not even worth it. Also pictured me emailing corporate with the date and and never got a response, and me calling one of the property managers and there response- this place sucks and have absolutely no ethics or code of conduct. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy.

What's wrong with these apartments....I could count the issues! First off they don't even deserve 1 star! I lived there a couple of years ago when Tracy was still the manager. This woman was hardly ever in the office & gave tenants her mobile number to reach her but she never answered it either & didn't return phone calls. She would only reply via text message & would be VERY rude whenever she did. Maintenance SUCKED to say the least. The only reliable person on the maintenance staff was a guy named Clem but he was so over-worked because the other maintenance guy working there that was sleeping with the manager never did a thing! & don't get me started on the roaches!!! When we moved in, Tracy told us that they did routine exterminations monthly....in the 2 years that I stayed there I only saw extermination notices ONCE!!! We complained the entire time we stayed there about the roaches but nothing was ever done to where our living room furniture & kitchen appliances were so infested we had to just throw them out when we moved out. We had toilet issues that nobody ever fixed. When our AC went out it took 2 weeks for them to bring us a window AC unit...WHICH WAS INFESTED WITH SPIDERS!!!!! I asked maintenance to do something about the wasp infestation on my patio & they did NOTHING! My younger sister got attacked by someone in the parking lot & the office claimed that the video camera on the property had recorded everything but when we spoke to the police they told us that the video camera didn't work so they had no surveillance footage to even obtain. Other tenants in the building would constantly hang around outside asking for rides or cigarettes or money, pretty much anything they could ask for. There was a police stand-off in the parking lot one weekend & I couldn't even get to my building for the night. When there was a fire in one of the buildings, the office just bandaged the damages, but did NOTHING for the tenants who lose belongings & had damage to their homes & property. The office just hiked up the rates to compensate for THEIR loss! Tracy & the whole TPI team only cared about collecting their rent! When I ended up going to court with them a manger from their office in California offered me a settlement outside of court by offering me to pay $2500 to avoid going to court but he refused to offer me anything in writing BEFORE I paid the money. Obviously I refused the offer, knowing I could still be evicted. Tracy tried to continue to collect the rent even once the courts got involved. There were car break-ins on a constant basis. The neighbors that stayed above me argued nearly every day to where the police were called MULTIPLE TIMES!!!! I wouldn't recommend someone to stay here if they were desperate. When I moved out, I told the new residents that were moving in, to prepare to want to move ASAP because this complex & management company is so horrible!! Definitely not worth the money, even though they are second-chance. PLEASE FIND OTHER PLACES & AVOID THIS COMPLEX & Team Property Investments!!!!!!!!!

On average how many complaints do you get on management and maintenance? What do you do to resolve these issues? I’d like a honest answer from someone who’s actually been to the complex.

You will not get an honest answer because their main concern is filling the empty apartment with people. Everyday an apartment is empty they are losing money. When I lived there after speaking with several people many complaints with nothing being done.

We do work with evictions. If the application is otherwise approval, we require the last months rent along with first month rent and deposit prior to move in. Please come into the office and we can show you a unit and answer any other questions you may have. Our property is in better shape that described in the response below. We do routine pest control where we treat all units. We often find during those treatments the person who is the cause of the matter and take appropriate action. We have cameras on property which record 24 hours a day. We are also in the process of getting our community gated to prevent those who do not live here from entering the complex. We have a diverse population from single adults, families with children and older residents - many which have lived here several years.
