Hi George, We do not have a chapter in St. Johnsville. We started out in 1872 in East Utica, then expanded to help more children in the early 1904 with a location at 1700 Genesee Street. Back in March of 1959, I was born an placed in the orphanage by my mother Joan Zumpano Maiden name (DeMott), just trying to locate the orphanage I was placed and for how long . Thank you for all your assistance .

The house of good shepherd did start out as an orphanage. You would have to get in touch with the administration on lomond court new hartford to see if they could answer that
