Let me start off by saying Slice is usually best pizza in town, until tonight. Pick up my order and my pizza tasted like it sat on top of oven for about 30mins even though I was there before time order was supposed to be ready. Then I received someone else's wings and not sure they were even the flavor I ordered. Sorry Slice,tonight just didn't cut it!!

We used to love Slice, but after years of horrible service, we stopped going. However saw the One Bite review recently, and we decided to give them a try again. We waited 90 min for 2 slices, and when we finally received them, they were fresh and hot, but we undercooked, as thin as a napkin, and just a gross floppy mess. The place was packed on a Thursday night, with the phone ringing, orders piled up, and tons of customers waiting. I think the review drummed up business, but they are not ready for it, and the pizza was rushed and horrible. If I were someone who saw the one bite review, and drove in from out of town, and had to wait 90 min for one of the worst slices, I would have been furious. This place could be sooo amazing, as they were one of my families favorite local spots, but it just keeps getting in its own way since its been open. No consistency, bad service, and they are constantly promoting, but the place cant even handle the business they are getting now, let alone more. Not looking to go back.
