Don't know about VIP parking. But there is preferred parking for season ticket holders, which I could help you out with for next season. I am planning on selling my seats and they also come with track passes to get down on the track and near garage area. Parking is perty much the earlier you get there the closer you are able to park. Don't know that they have ever charged for parking. Been going since the beginning.

If you are at the Kansas Speedway yes you can walk to the casino. Only about 1/2 mile apart and that is just parking lot.

I had garage passes thay were for a tour and they didnt let us take our back pack and coolers with us into thw garage. Cant say for sure on the hot passes. No glass bottles for sure i do know that. Enjoy.

The scouting 500 was a large event which we camped out side of the speedway. I'm not sure if they offer camping during normal races.
