Very very limited stock inventory. Very disappointed with frame options. Decided to just get the exam and order eye contacts which is taking over 2 weeks to arrive. When I called on 8/20 to check on the status of my order the lady was so rude because I asked her to check the status order. she put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I had to call right back and she picked up on the first ring and said “your order is not in yet” my thoughts… “excuse me for asking you to do your freaking job lady.” I’m over this place don’t waste your time or insurance benefits going here it’s absolutely not worth it. I wouldn’t be surprised if all the locations are shut down in 6months to a year!

The absolute worst location ever. I’ve been going to empire vision for 20 years. Went to this location probably 5 times in one month because my script is repeatedly wrong. And I finally gave up. When I first arrived, one employee causes panic by shouting “IS THERE A GAS LEAK?!” That should have been my first clue to just leave all together. Now going to NH location. I’m livid.

Unbelievably unprofessional.After making an appointment on a Friday for Monday they contacted me between 8-12 times to confirm,check INS (already provided),and have me fill out forms.l did everything they asked.Then, when l went to the appointment,it was cancelled with NO notice.

I think you dont get it at the same day because my dad he did a eye exam but then he had to get the glasses at a different day

I think most people pick their glasses up so that an optician can make any necessary adjustments, but you could ask about shipping when you make your appointment or have your exam.
