My in-office visit was wonderful! Everyone was really helpful and kind, and my visit was efficient. My experience with trying to reach them by phone or online has been absolutely horrendous. I placed an order for contacts with someone over the phone and then never heard anything back from anyone. I never got a confirmation number so I can't use the phone service; my prescriptions, prior orders, and appointments are not in my online account even though I've worked with 3 separate people to "make sure it actually gets done this time" (their words); and I can't even reach the office itself to talk with someone to get an update. In my experience, everyone is so friendly and helpful in person, but the lack of follow-through is really frustrating :(
