This was my first time using ThermoDirect and they did a good job. My thermostats we're wired incorrectly and needed fixing. Aaron arrived ,shortly l, after a text saying he was on the way along with a short bio and picture. He arrived masked and wearing shoe covers. I explained the situation and it took him no time to check and resolve the issue. He ,also, found that one of our damper's motors were going bad and gave us a quote after searching for one . The quote was pricey but financing was available. He said to take time to decide and left the quote. He was very professional.
