I’m very dissatisfied. This same situation has happened twice where they close the Dunkin way to early. It was 2:30 when me and my mom tried to enter the store on a Sunday. The doors were locked and there was very loud music playing. A teenage boy walked away when he saw us trying to enter the Dunkin. They were pretty much partying while they should be working. And yes, they do offer going in store at this time. We checked the hours that they close and it is around 4 pm. They need better workers.

Drive thru is always backed up. Claim of staffing shortage when there are employees standing around seems wrong. Some employees are super friendly, but some are also the exact opposite. This location needs a lot of work.... I'll be going just a little further from now on.

I always stop here at least once a week before carpool at my daughter's school and they are always so friendly! I always enjoy my experience when I stop there. No matter what coffee drink I get, it's always so good and made perfectly!

They need better quality control here. I ask for the same thing every time I go and it never taste the same. They really need to get better training on how to make drinks. My last time coming here. They put a glob of sugar in my drink when I didn’t ask for it. I said extra cinnamon sugar on top. Like the bottom is nothing but sugar.
